How does your service work?
We provide delivery from your favorite area restaurants to homes, businesses, hospitals or beach marker! ;).. Really, anywhere you want food, we'll take it there! We charge $6.50 for delivery on web placed orders and 7.50 for call in orders through contracted restaurants. For non contracted restaurant, the delivery fee is 8.50 for web orders and 9.50 for phone orders. there is additional surcharges for orders over 15 miles away.
UPDATE: We now deliver Corpus Christi, the fee is 6.50 for orders placed online or through our phone apps- 7.50 for orders placed through our call center!
How long does it take for a delivery?
Normally your order will arrive within an hour. Some orders may take longer depending on the size of the order and which restaurant the order is from. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants in town and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service as quickly as possible.
What do the Gray logos mean?
When a log is gray and does not appear in color it is because they are not available for deivery till they open again.
Can I place orders from multiple restaurants?
YES!. You are welcome to place orders from multiple restaurants but there is no guarantee that they will arrive at the same time or of the same quality, since we are having to wait for both orders. We strongly suggest placing seperate orders so that they both arrive as HOT as possible. (You can always call us and let us know--we'll try our best to time it so that drivers arrive at the same time!)
Is gratuity for the driver included in the price of the order?
No, our drivers are paid with tips. Please take into consideration the work of our Mobile Waitstaff to deliver your food promptly and professionally. The suggested tip for any delivery is 18 to 20% nationwide.
What areas are available for delivery?
The Food Caddy covers a large portion of Corpus Christi, Rockport, Aransas Pass, Ingleside and Holiday Beach, we will be adding as much of the Coastal Bend as quickly as possible. Enter your address on the home page to find out if we deliver to your area.
Can I order food from outside the delivery area?
In certain circumstances, we may be able to deliver larger orders outside the delivery area. Give us a call to discuss on a case-by-case basis. Minimum delivery order is $50, and 20% gratuity is included for your Mobile Waiter. This option may not be available during high-volume times.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact one of our operations managers to cancel any advanced orders.
How do I remove specific ingredients or add special requests for an entree while using the online ordering service?
When you choose an item, there will be a customize order button. Click customize order and type which things you would like to remove or which special request you would like to add.For example, if your sandwich normally comes with tomatoes and you would like to remove them, you would click customize order and type no tomato.
